At 9: 00 a.m. on January 30, 2019, the third shareholders' meeting of the sixth Tieling Tieguang Instrument Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room on the third floor. Tieguang Company's 36 shareholder representatives attended the meeting, and Chairman Li Jun presided over the meeting.
First of all, Comrade Xia Baoping, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, made the "Report of the Board of Supervisors of Tieguang Company 2018"; Director Zhu Lili made the "Report of Tieguang Company 2018 Financial Report and Profit Distribution Plan".
Subsequently, General Manager Sun Jinghe made a "Report on the Company's 2018 Director's Bonus Distribution Plan".
Comrade Li Jun, Chairman of Tieguang Company, made the 2018 Work Report of the Board of Directors.
At the meeting, the above-mentioned resolutions or reports were considered and approved with the shareholders' representatives.
Finally, Chairman Li Jun read out the "Resolution of the Sixth Third Shareholders' Meeting".
