On April 27, Tieling Federation of Trade Unions held the 2018 Tieling "May 1st" Award Commendation and Workers' Vocational Skills Competition Launching Conference.

Tian Dongquan, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee, attended the meeting and made an important speech.
