Key Process

welding process

● The welding operation personnel of the company all hold the special equipment operation personnel certificate and have passed the IBR welder and welding examination;
● The company's existing automatic welding machine, AC and DC arc welding machine, welding rod drying box, welding variable, arc welding rectifier and other welding equipment;
● Before welding, the equipment shall be welded according to NB/T47018-2011 Technical Conditions for Ordering Welding Materials for Pressure Equipment;
● During the welding process, various process evaluations shall be carried out according to NB/T47014-2011(JB/T4708) welding process evaluation standard for pressure equipment, and the mechanical properties of weldments shall be inspected according to the mechanical properties inspection standard for welding test pieces of NB/T47016-2011 pressure equipment products.

Pressure detection process

● X-ray flaw detection after welding according to NB/T47013.2-2015 NDT standard for pressure equipment;
● Penetrant testing and surface nondestructive testing according to NB/T47013.5-2015(JB/T4730.1-2005) standard for nondestructive testing of pressure equipment;
● Relevant professional inspectors conduct high-pressure air tightness test and high-pressure water pressure test respectively through gas booster pump and electric hydraulic water pump.
