As the Silver Snake gradually fades and the Golden Horse is about to emerge, looking back on 2025, under the decision-making and leadership of the Board of Directors and the General Manager’s Office, despite a situation marked by few market projects, lower prices for certain products, and exceptionally fierce competition, all employees have broadened their perspectives, tackled challenges head-on, united as one, and pooled their efforts to achieve remarkable success.
Comrade Xu Di, General Manager of the company, on behalf of the General Manager’s Office, presented the company’s work report for 2025. The year 2025 has been an exceptionally extraordinary and highly challenging year in the company’s development journey. Faced with a complex and severe market environment, intense industry competition, and a succession of risks and challenges, all our colleagues have consistently upheld the fighting spirit of “bravely rising to difficulties, pressing forward under heavy burdens, and taking proactive actions.” Under the strategic leadership of the Board of Directors and the united guidance of departmental leaders, we have closely focused on the core tasks of production and sales throughout the year, employed precise measures to overcome developmental bottlenecks, leveraged innovation as an engine to fuel internal growth, and comprehensively promoted the upgrading and enhancement of production, operations, and management, delivering a solid performance marked by steady progress and continuous quality improvement.
All our achievements are the result of the dedicated and conscientious efforts of every colleague. The ideals we’ve pursued with passion and determination have been vividly captured in bold, vibrant colors, making them all the more touching. Every single act of dedication will be remembered—on the monument of our accomplishments, the names of each contributor are inscribed. Recognizing and rewarding employees, managers, and teams whose contributions have been particularly outstanding is a crucial moment that inspires all our colleagues. Among them are newly hired employees who have just joined the company, as well as veteran staff who have been with us for over 20 years—all playing their respective roles and shining brightly in their unique positions. They are the driving force behind the company’s future growth!
There’s not only reflection and vision, gratitude and acts of kindness, honor and inspiration, but also the passionate energy of lively songs and dances, and the anticipation of round-after-round raffles. The opening dance, “Iron Light Beauty,” was cheerful and light-hearted, perfectly capturing the joyful atmosphere of celebrating this special occasion together. The song “Iron Light Welcomes You,” with its adapted lyrics, took everyone on a journey through the company’s history of development, striving forward, and innovation. Songs like “Shanghai Beach,” “Forty Reflections on Life,” “A Little Sweet,” and “As I Wish,” along with dances and games, took turns performing one after another, filling the venue with nonstop laughter and applause.
During the program performance, an eagerly anticipated raffle was also held. Generous prizes—including Huawei smartphones, Huawei tablets, Dongling bread makers, Supor fruit and vegetable washers, Joyoung electric stew pots, and Little Bear sandwich makers—brought the annual meeting to a thrilling climax.
The new journey is inspiring and invigorating; the new blueprint is both uplifting and encouraging.
