DUT type intelligent float level gauge
DUT type intelligent float level gauge is a modern scientific and technological instrument used for measuring and controlling the liquid level, boundary position and density of various liquids in the production process of various industries. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, stable performance and strong anti-interference ability. And can be used with the field bus in line with HART protocol equipment networking, digital two-way communication and process detection, control automation. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, and light industry and other industries.
Working principle and composition
DUT type intelligent float level gauge is composed of float measuring chamber, measuring mechanism, float, etc. According to the different measuring mechanism, it can be divided into two types: torque tube type intelligent float level gauge and lever type intelligent float level gauge.
Working principle
Torque tube type intelligent float level gauge: The float immersed in the liquid is subjected to downward gravity, upward buoyancy and upward torsion tube elastic force. When these three forces are balanced, the buoy is at rest in a certain position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy of the buoy also changes, and the balance of the force is broken, causing the change of the elastic force of the torque tube, causing the torque tube to twist and reach a new force balance. The torque tube drives the sensor to generate angular displacement, and through the signal processing circuit, it generates an electrical signal output with the change of the liquid level.
Lever-type intelligent floating level gauge: through the lever principle and stress measurement method, the buoyancy change amount of the inner cylinder is measured, the measurement signal consistent with the level change is obtained by a high-precision sensor, and after being processed by a microprocessor, the specific reading is directly displayed on the liquid crystal display screen or converted into a standard signal output of 4 ~ 20mA by a special circuit.

The device has a variety of installation methods, which can meet the installation requirements of different working conditions, and can be equipped with explosion-proof and heat tracing functions according to the needs of on-site working conditions.
