RT type guided wave radar water level gauge

RT type guided wave radar water level gauge is a kind of high-tech instrument to measure and observe the change of water level in pressure vessel. It is a kind of looking measurement system based on the principle of time travel, which measures the distance from the measurement reference point to the surface of the material. Widely used in power plants, petrochemical industry and various industrial and mining enterprises of steam boiler or other pressure vessel water level monitoring. The use of steam red water green display, no water all red, full water all green. The scale indicated at the junction of red and green is the actual water level in the container.

Working principle
Guided wave radar water level gauge is a looking measurement system based on the principle of time travel, which measures the distance from the reference point to the surface of the material. The high-frequency pulse signal is transmitted to the probe and propagates along the probe. The pulse signal is reflected on the surface of the material, and the reflected signal is received by the instrument and converted into level information. This measurement method is called time domain reflectometry. After the pulse signal is transmitted to the instrument along the probe, the signal is analyzed by the microprocessor in it to identify the real reflection echo of the high-frequency signal on the surface of the material, thus displaying the real water level.

Technical advantages
RT-type guided wave radar water level gauge adopts the original imported meter head, and a heat dissipation device is installed between the meter head and the connecting flange, so that the water level gauge can operate safely and stably in high temperature environment. This type of water level gauge adopts a new type of LED light source, which has the advantages of energy saving, long life and clear display. The RT-type guided wave radar water level gauge has a remote transmission function, which can output 4 ~ 20mA signal (with Hart protocol) to access DCS, and then monitor the water level and control the industrial process.
