The TC-MW type bull's eye type double color water level gauge is a direct reading instrument used to monitor the water level of subcritical and supercritical boilers and pressure vessels. It adopts the principle of steam red water green imaging to indicate the water level, and the light source adopts light emitting diode (LED). The two-color water level gauge body has a self-flushing structure, which can prevent the observation hole from hanging scale and improve the display effect and the service life of the window. This type of water level gauge has the function of steam heat tracing, which uses saturated steam in the drum to heat the water level gauge, reduces the water level difference caused by the temperature difference between the drum and the water level gauge, and makes the water level measurement more accurate. TC-MW type bull's eye type two-color water level gauge with explosion-proof function, suitable for petrochemical industry and other industries explosion-proof field applications.
TC-MW type bull's eye type two-color water level gauge window sealing structure is divided into winding type and disc spring type. The disc spring type sealing structure is specially designed for the frequent start and stop working conditions of the cracking furnace in the petrochemical industry. The principle is to add the disc spring to the window assembly, so as to buffer and automatically compensate the sealing force, and enhance the window assembly The sealing performance ensures the safe, reliable and stable operation of the device.
