FTV-C type pneumatic furnace flame monitoring device
The FTV-C type pneumatic furnace flame monitoring device takes the rod-less cylinder imported from Japan as the power source, and controls the advance and retreat of the cylinder through the electromagnetic reversing valve in the air control cabinet, so that the operator can control the advance and retreat of the optical image transmission mechanism in the central control room or on-site control cabinet. In addition to air-cooled protection and over-temperature protection, the device adds a power-off protection function, I .e. the air control cabinet is equipped with an air storage tank to ensure that the air cylinder can drive the optical image transmission mechanism to automatically enter and exit the furnace under the condition of air-off and power-off. FTV-C type pneumatic furnace flame monitoring device has the advantages of adjustable advance and retreat speed, stable operation, safety and reliability, low failure rate, small maintenance, etc., especially suitable for explosion-proof site.
