Wang Liwei and Zhang Shiwei, representatives of the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress elected by Yinzhou District, have been transferred out of Tieling City. The resignations of Sun Tong, Liu Haibo, and Shi Junqing (elected by Tieling County); Tan Huibo and Zhao Jianwei (elected by Kaiyuan City); Zhang Xiaoguang, Liu Yuegang, and Zuo Jing (elected by Changtu County); Zhao Deyong and Sun Weidong (elected by Xifeng County); Li Yanjun and Zhao Dong (elected by Tiaobingshan City); Li Tiegang (elected by Yinzhou District); and Nie Ming, Ruan Yingzhou, and Huo Yanquan (elected by Qinghe District) have been accepted. The resignation of Chen Bo (elected by the Tieling City Garrison) has also been accepted. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at Various Levels" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Elections to the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at Various Levels," the representative qualifications of these 19 individuals, including Wang Liwei, have been terminated. The positions of Nie Ming and Ruan Yingzhou as members of the Standing Committee of the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress, Liu Haibo as a member of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress, and Zhao Dong as a member of the Budget Committee of the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress are correspondingly terminated.
The relevant electoral units have supplementary elected representatives to the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress. Tieling County: Wang Weihai, Li Guoying, Tong Gang, Yin Hongge, Lai Xinghua; Kaiyuan City: An Yarou, Zhang Hexin, Su Xiaoming; Changtu County: Yu Zhangzhan, Sun Chao, Sun Zuoqiang, Yin Liqiang; Xifeng County: Liu Hongtao, Mi Kai, Zhao Xiaohui; Tiaobingshan City: Wang Zicheng, Liu Changli, Li Gaohua, Cai Lishan; Yinzhou District: Ma Hua, Xu Di, Li Jian, Gao Haifeng; Qinghe District: Bai Tiebing, Sun Qi, Li Jianwei, Zhang Bo, Zhang Yipeng, Zhang Congfeng; Tieling Military Subdistrict: Zheng Xu. The 26th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress, based on the report submitted by the Representative Qualification Examination Committee, confirmed the validity of the representative qualifications of these 30 individuals, including Wang Weihai.
As of now, the 9th Tieling Municipal People's Congress has 350 representatives in office.
