The representatives of the Tieling City Ninth People's Congress, Wang Liwei and Zhang Shiwei elected from Yinzhou District, have been transferred from Tieling City. The resignations of representatives Sun Tong, Liu Haibo, and Shi Junqing elected from Tieling County have been accepted; the resignations of representatives Tan Huibo and Zhao Jianwei elected from Kaiyuan City have been accepted; the resignations of representatives Zhang Xiaoguang, Liu Yuegang, and Zuo Jing elected from Changtu County have been accepted; the resignations of representatives Zhao Deyong and Sun Weidong elected from Xifeng County have been accepted; the resignations of representatives Li Yanjun and Zhao Dong elected from Diaobingshan City have been accepted; the resignation of representative Li Tiegang elected from Yinzhou District has been accepted; the resignations of representatives Nie Ming, Ruan Yingzhou, and Huo Yanquan elected from Qinghe District have been accepted. The resignation of representative Chen Bo elected from the Tieling City garrison has been accepted. According to the relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Election of Representatives of the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses" and the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Election of Representatives of the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses", the representative qualifications of Wang Liwei and 18 others are terminated. The positions of Tieling City Ninth People's Congress Standing Committee members for Nie Ming and Ruan Yingzhou, the position of Agricultural and Rural Committee member for Liu Haibo, and the position of Budget Committee member for Zhao Dong are accordingly terminated.
The relevant electoral units have supplemented the representatives of the Tieling City Ninth People's Congress. Tieling County has supplemented Wang Weihai, Li Guoying, Tong Gang, Yin Hongge, and Lai Xinghua; Kaiyuan City has supplemented An Yaru, Zhang Hexin, and Su Xiaoming; Changtu County has supplemented Yu Changzhan, Sun Chao, Sun Zuoqiang, and Yin Liqiang; Xifeng County has supplemented Liu Hongtao, Mi Kai, and Zhao Xiaohui; Diaobingshan City has supplemented Wang Zicheng, Liu Changli, Li Gaohua, and Cai Lishan; Yinzhou District has supplemented Ma Hua, Xu Di, Li Jian, and Gao Haifeng; Qinghe District has supplemented Bai Tiebin, Sun Qi, Li Jianwei, Zhang Bo, Zhang Yipeng, and Zhang Congfeng; the Tieling City Military Sub-district Soldiers' Conference has supplemented Zheng Xu. The 26th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tieling City Ninth People's Congress confirmed the validity of the representative qualifications of Wang Weihai and 29 others based on the report submitted by the Representative Qualification Review Committee.
As of now, there are 350 representatives in the Tieling City Ninth People's Congress.
