——Tieguang Company's Annual Meeting Gala Concludes Successfully
In 2023, under the leadership of the board of directors and department heads, all employees of Tieguang Company rallied around the production and sales tasks, actively promoting production and operation management. Through unity, hard work, pragmatism, and dedication, they successfully completed all annual work targets. On February 4, 2024, all Tieguang Company employees gathered together for a celebration, commemorating the company's achievements in 2023 under the theme of "Stay true to our original aspirations, and forge ahead in pursuit of our dreams."
Tieguang Company General Manager, Comrade Xu Di, delivered a report titled "Tieguang Company 2023 Annual Work Summary."
Company leaders presented plaques, certificates, and bonuses to the awarded departments and individuals, expressing gratitude for their contributions and creativity in driving the company's growth.
Comrade Dai Yang, director of the User Service Department ("Excellent Department"), and Comrade Wang Zhongyu, winner of the "Tieguang Craftsman Spirit" award, spoke on behalf of all employees, expressing their joy at winning and stating their commitment to strengthening management, improving efficiency, and writing a new chapter under the leadership of the company and through the collective efforts of all colleagues.
