Liu Song is mainly responsible for the knowledge and technical support of water level meters, the production of contract design tender documents, on-site technical exchange, and the discussion of product innovation in the main department. The products cover all power plants, petrochemical and steel plants in China, and some products are exported to India, Japan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia and other countries. From 2004 to the present for 19 consecutive years by the enterprise excellent design engineer title.
Since working in 1994, Liu Song has designed 7855 complete water level gauges. The technological innovation of the 2021 Innovation Studio has increased the company's economic benefits by more than 300 million yuan, saved costs 780000 increased taxes by 1.2 million yuan.
In 2008, the wall flushing and heating two-color water level gauge was designed in response to market demand. This technical invention is the first in the world and has successfully applied for a patent. At the same time, three invention patents have been disclosed by the State Patent Office, entered the pre-examination stage, made a series of major scientific and technological achievements, filled a number of domestic technological gaps, and some of the achievements reached the international leading level. to make outstanding contributions to the national high-voltage instrument category.
As the leader of the water level gauge group of the Research Institute of Tieguang Instrument Co., Ltd., Liu Song led his colleagues to let the company's products occupy half of the domestic market.
