Function of Automatic Dosing System for Boiler Water
Thermal power plants and large industrial boilers, usually use to add a variety of corresponding chemicals to the boiler water to adjust the thermal system water vapor quality, so that the boiler feed water to maintain a suitable PH value, to ensure the safe operation of the unit, both anti-corrosion and anti-scaling function. The traditional design of the dosing system is to manually adjust the dosing, that is, to use the metering pump to add medicine to the furnace or continuously, and adjust the dosage according to the manual test results. With the increase of boiler parameters, manual adjustment of dosing can no longer guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of dosing. Our company's automatic dosing system can automatically open the solenoid valve of each dosing box for dosing, automatically adjust the output flow of the metering pump, and automatically adjust the dosing amount in real time according to the change of water quality and water quantity to achieve the best treatment effect. The input of the automatic dosing system will completely change the economic losses caused by the previous manual dosing and will produce good economic and social benefits for saving manpower, reducing consumption, ensuring the safety of boiler water and ensuring the stability of water quality.

Composition of Automatic Dosing System for Boiler Water
The boiler water automatic dosing system produced by our company is a closed-loop control automatic dosing system composed of online analyzer, PLC and frequency converter as shown in the following figure.
All kinds of analysis data obtained through the on-line analyzer are sent to the PLC control unit in the form of 4 ~ 20mA standard signal. The control system processes through a series of algorithm (PID) according to the user's process requirements, and then outputs the control signal to the frequency converter in the electric control cabinet through the functional module to correspondingly control the rotating speed of the metering pump, automatically adjusts the liquid level of the regulating tank to implement interlocking, and automatically stops the pump and gives an alarm at low liquid level. According to the requirements of process parameters can automatically open the corresponding dosing box solenoid valve dosing, when a pump failure, the standby pump automatically put into use.

Scope of application
Our company's boiler water automatic dosing system includes water supply ammonia, diamine, boiler water plus phosphate, boiler water plus phosphate coordination control, condensate water plus ammonia, etc. The unit combination form of chemical dosing device is suitable for the system control of anti-scaling chemical dosing in various thermal power plants and large industrial boilers according to the unit capacity and boiler configuration mode (two boilers share one set or single boiler and single set, etc.). Our company can also be automated on the basis of the user's original manual dosing system.
