Overview

Intelligent intubation flowmeter is a new type of intelligent flowmeter developed and designed on the basis of Tsinghua University and Tianjin University technology. Its predecessor is the explosion-proof intubation (probe) type flow meter of our company.

Tieling Tie Guang Instrument Co., Ltd. has cooperated with Tsinghua University and Tianjin University to jointly develop and design intelligent intubation flowmeter, namely explosion-proof intubation (probe) type flow meter. After more than ten years of application in a wide range of industrial fields, it has continuously summarized and improved the measurement theory and mature experience of intelligent intubation flowmeter. The intelligent intubation flowmeter is superior to other flowmeters in many aspects.

Working principle

Intelligent intubation flowmeter is a point flow rate type differential pressure flowmeter designed according to the international standard ISO3966 "measurement of fluid flow in closed pipes-velocity area method using pitot static tube.

The flow rate is measured by a sensor measuring the difference between the total pressure and the static pressure of the fluid in the center of the pipe. Insert the sensor into the center of the pipeline. The head-on pressure measuring hole measures the total pressure, which is connected with the total pressure pipe to lead out the total pressure signal. The back pressure measuring hole measures the static pressure, which is connected with the static pressure pipe to lead out the static pressure signal. The two pressure signals are respectively connected with the "-" end of the differential pressure transmitter to output the differential pressure signal. At the same time, the thermal resistance thermometer measures the fluid temperature, together with the pressure signal, differential pressure signal and flow coefficient, it is input into the intelligent totalizator or DCS system for calculation, and then the relevant data is displayed.

Features

1. It has the characteristics of anti-blocking: the sensor of the intelligent intubation flowmeter adopts two forms: bullet type (measuring cleaner medium) and S-shaped backrest tube (measuring medium with impurities). The bullet form is designed according to the bullet-shaped end face detection rod introduced by the American Willis Company. Because there are two fixed and gentle inflection points, the stability of the flow coefficient is better. The high-pressure measuring hole of the warhead-shaped end face forms a static high-pressure area due to the wider front of the warhead, which will prevent solid dust particles in the fluid from entering, and its anti-blocking performance is better than that of other cross-section detection rods. The S-shaped backrest tube forms a high-pressure area in front of the probe, and irregular swirling flow is formed in the high-pressure area. The dust falls naturally under its own gravity, preventing particles from entering. These two forms solve the problem of sensor clogging in principle.

2. High temperature and high pressure resistance: As the sensor material is generally made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel (other materials can also be selected according to different fluids), it can withstand high temperature of 650 ℃ and withstand pressure of 32MPa.

3. High reliability: Due to the reasonable and simple structure design of the sensor, the medium in the pressure guide tube does not flow, and impurities are not easy to enter, so the measurement accuracy can be maintained for a long time.

4. Convenient installation: only need to open an appropriate hole at the appropriate position of the pipeline (70% of the inflow direction of the straight pipe section) and insert the head of the sensor into the center of the pipeline. For some working conditions, online installation with pressure can be realized.

5. Simple maintenance: The sensor itself does not need maintenance. It only needs to check the zero point and full scale of the differential pressure transmitter according to the requirements of regular verification of measuring instruments, and input the corresponding current to the secondary meter for inspection. It can also realize online dredging and online cleaning.

6. Wide measuring range: it can measure all kinds of gas, steam and liquid in full pipe; it can solve the problems that are difficult to measure such as ultra-small pipe diameter and ultra-large pipe diameter, low flow rate and small flow rate; it can realize the measurement of various shapes of pipes such as round, square, rectangle, rhombus, trapezoid, ellipse, triangle and so on.

7. Energy saving: Due to the simple structure of the sensor, its cross-sectional area is very small, there is almost no pressure loss in the fluid pipeline, and the operating cost is greatly reduced. Compared with the orifice flowmeter, it has obvious energy-saving effect. After calculation, the intelligent intubation tube The energy consumption ratio of the flowmeter to the orifice flowmeter is about 1.2:100.

8. Requirements for straight pipe section: ≥ 2D after bending. If this condition is not met, the intelligent intubation flowmeter can be marked on site according to the length of the on-site pipe section to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.

PTB-S type series

The PTB-S type intelligent intubation flowmeter is a kind of utility model patent product designed by using S-type backrest tube and the principle of pitot tube. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical and other industries. The flow medium containing impurities can choose PTB-S type Pitoba flowmeter for measurement, such as the primary air volume and secondary air volume in the power industry, various material gases in the chemical industry, various gases in the metallurgical industry, etc.

It has the following characteristics:

1. The probe part adopts S-type pitot tube structure, and its rear part adopts nearly straight type, with built-in counterattack plug structure. The diameter of the pressure taking hole is large, preventing blockage and facilitating dredging. The dust tank structure is set to facilitate the accumulation and removal of impurities.

2. Each flowmeter is verified by high-precision standard wind tunnel.

3. Appropriate holes are opened on the pipeline, and the welding flange is installed, which is easy to install and does not leak. One-piece or split structure can be adopted.

4. Differential pressure transmitter, pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter can be flameproof type, explosion-proof on site.

5. Compatible with computer or DCS system.

6. The use of multi-parameter transmitter can realize on-site display.

8, measurement accuracy: liquid accuracy of up to ± 0.2, gas accuracy of up to ± 1%.

9. The measuring pipe diameter can be as large as 9000mm.

10. Working pressure 0 ~ 32MPa.

11. Medium temperature can reach 650 ℃.
