TC-S(M)W type long window type double color water level gauge

TC-S(M)W type long window type two-color water level gauge is developed on the basis of summarizing the advantages of foreign transmission type two-color water level gauge. This type of product is divided into two structures with blind area (TC-SW type) and no blind area (TC-SMW type). It is applicable to a wide range of pressure (PN≤ 32MPa) and high temperature resistance (T≤ 450 ℃). It has the characteristics of not easy to hang scale, clear display, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability.

Technical advantages
The non-blind area structure of the TC-S(M)W-type long window type two-color water level gauge is to set two rows of windows staggered with each other on the water level gauge body, and to continuously monitor the water level value without blind area in the range of ± 3 degrees in front of the water level gauge through optical principle. It avoids the situation that the water level value cannot be read or the reading water level value is inaccurate due to the influence of the blind area, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the measured device.
TC-S(M)W type long window type double color water level gauge light source adopts light emitting diode (LED) cold light source, which has the advantages of high luminous rate, pure light color, environmental protection, energy saving, high temperature resistance, maintenance free, long life and so on, so that the water level observation is more clear. And according to the requirements of explosion-proof field conditions, you can choose explosion-proof light source (patent number: ZL 201921747645.6), fully meet the requirements of explosion-proof field.
TC-S(M)W-type long window type two-color water level gauge window gasket adopts the gasket which is made of flexible graphite glued on the top and bottom of the toothed corrugated frame, which enhances the sealing performance, thus ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment and improving the service life. Mica sheet is used to protect the window glass in the window component of the two-color water level gauge. Mica has high chemical stability, strong pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, thereby improving the service life of the window component.
The TC-S(M)W type long window type double color water level gauge has strong flushing (patent number: ZL 201921747645.6) and heat tracing functions. Users can select corresponding functions according to specific working conditions on site.

Strong flushing function (no flushing)
A condenser is arranged at the top of the water level gauge body. When the saturated steam in the steam drum flows through the condenser, a large amount of pure water without salt is formed by using the heat dissipation function of the condenser. The pure water continuously washes the observation window along the inner surface of the two windows, and forcibly washes away the dirt attached to the mica of the observation window. At the same time, a large amount of pure water formed flows back to the body cavity and is continuously replaced with the saturated water in the body, finally turning the saturated water in the body cavity into salt-free and impurity-free pure water, so that the window does not hang scale, the color display is clear and lasting, the observation effect is improved, and the service life of the window assembly is prolonged.

Heat tracing function
Heat tracing holes are added to the original water level gauge body. When the saturated steam in the drum enters the body tracing hole through the steam side sampling hole, the water column in the water level gauge body and the body is heated, so that the water temperature in the body cavity is always basically consistent with the saturated water temperature in the drum, thus eliminating the deviation of the water level measurement caused by the low water temperature and high density in the original water level gauge body cavity, making the water column height in the water level gauge cavity close to the real water level in the drum under any working condition, the purpose of accurately monitoring the water level of the steam drum is achieved.
