"Boiler slag coking monitoring system" is a combination of multimedia technology, computer technology, digital image processing technology, pattern recognition technology and industrial television technology integrated monitoring system. The system uses high-temperature endoscopic optical imaging probe to monitor the boiler slag shrinkage in real time, which can intuitively display the slag discharge condition in the slag hopper. The probe adopts a unique design, which is resistant to coke slag impact, dustproof, waterproof, anti-coking, and has clear imaging. And equipped with slag fishing machine monitoring camera can real-time monitoring slag fishing machine operation. The endoscopic probe can be advanced and retreated by remote control in the central control room. In case of abnormal situation, the system will automatically control the probe to exit the working position to protect the probe from damage. The system uses a new pattern recognition algorithm to process and analyze the surveillance image, effectively and reliably judge the coking, automatically alarm when the coking reaches a preset level, and store video and image information as the basis for accident analysis. Compared with the traditional coking alarm, it is more accurate, has stronger prediction ability and lower error rate. The system management adopts multi-user and multi-level management mode, and the access system is protected by password, which can record all kinds of operation information and alarm information so as to divide the responsibilities afterwards.
Boiler slag coking monitoring system function
The monitoring images of the four-way slag hopper constriction and the two-way slag fishing machine received by the upper computer control system can be displayed on the human-computer interface at the same time, and the four-way slag hopper image and the two-way slag fishing machine image can also be switched and displayed or displayed in a single screen cycle.
The upper computer receives the alarm signal from the field control cabinet and displays the alarm signal status of each electric actuator (including over-temperature, abnormal wind pressure, coking and video loss) with red and green indicator lights in the user operation area.
When the single screen is displayed, the advance and retreat and rotation of the probe can be remotely controlled in the central control room through the upper computer. The corresponding motion button will be shown in red when the probe is in position. Single-channel display can also set the brightness, contrast, chroma and saturation parameters of the image, so that the image to achieve the best observation effect.
This system is multi-user hierarchical management, different levels of users have different operating rights, to start the system operation or the operation of the system needs to have the corresponding permissions of the user login rear operation.
After starting the system, all image acquisition cards and input and output boards will be opened, and the system will enter into full operation state. The interface will display all video images and various alarm signal states, coking judgment, and all video recording and recording functions will start to run.
If the board has installation problems or hardware faults, the self-inspection program of the system will give corresponding fault prompts, which can be repaired according to the prompts or contact the manufacturer for fault treatment.
