XHTV-A type oilfield heating furnace flame television monitoring system is a kind of high temperature endoscopic industrial television monitoring system specially designed for oilfield heating furnace. The special endoscopic high-temperature-resistant mirror tube is put into the furnace from the fire observation hole of the furnace wall, and the combustion situation of the burner in the furnace is imaged through the high-temperature-resistant imaging lens at the front end of the mirror tube. The image is transmitted to the camera target surface of the camera at the back end of the mirror tube through the optical rotating mirror group, and converted into video signal through CCD, and transmitted to the monitor in the control room through the coaxial cable, the operator can see the real image of the flame burning in the furnace on the monitor screen in the control room. Through this device, the whole process monitoring from burner ignition to full load operation can be realized. When the burner has abnormal combustion and fire extinguishing failure, it can automatically send out an alarm signal, and can automatically control the fuel supply valve to close, reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, and provide a strong guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the heating furnace. The fuel supply can be reasonably adjusted according to the monitored combustion conditions in the furnace to ensure the scientific, efficient and energy-saving operation of the furnace. At the same time, the labor intensity of the operators is reduced, and the operators do not need to go to the site frequently to inspect the combustion situation in the furnace.

Installation Instructions
Weld the fixed mounting seat at the fire observation hole, install the mirror tube on the mounting seat and enter the furnace.
The probe attempt of the mirror tube shall be determined according to the site conditions.
One prefabricated power supply and one prefabricated video cable shall be laid from the control room to the installation site. Connection of field wiring connector.
