Product Description

The quartz tube level gauge is a direct reading instrument that can monitor the liquid level of industrial boilers, heaters and other pressure vessels and liquid storage tanks with quartz tubes as windows. The device combines optical and mechanical technology, the monitor can visually observe the liquid level. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, clear display and corrosion resistance. It is mainly suitable for liquid level monitoring of liquid storage tanks and other devices in petrochemical, metallurgical, electric power, food and other industries.

Working principle
Quartz tube level gauge is divided into monochrome and two-color indication forms. Quartz tube two-color level gauge is based on the principle of light transmission and reflection. Through optical principle, the gas phase is red and the liquid phase is green to display the liquid level. Because of the large contrast between red and green, the liquid level indication is clear and obvious, full liquid is all green, no liquid is all red, it is easy to judge liquid and no liquid, avoid full liquid and no liquid accidents, and ensure the reliability of the monitored device.




Technical advantages
Quartz tube two-color level gauge is a product developed by our company in the 1980 s. The product was patented by the state and passed the provincial technical appraisal in 1990. After nearly 40 years of improvement in technology and process, the quartz tube two-color level gauge has the advantages of safe and reliable operation, clear display, easy observation, etc., and has formed standardized and serialized products.

The quartz tube two-color level gauge is divided into two structures with blind area and no blind area. The structure without blind area has the same center distance as the visual range, has a larger observation range and is easy to observe. Quartz tube two-color level gauge uses quartz tube with silica content above 99.99% as the main body of liquid level measurement. Compared with ordinary glass tube level gauge, it has the advantages of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, clear and obvious display level.

Quartz tube two-color liquid level gauge breaks through the previous structural display form. LED light source structure is adopted for liquid level display. The positions of red and green filter plates are changed from the same side of the liquid level gauge to three directions of the liquid level gauge. At the same time, a power supply adjustment device capable of adjusting the brightness of the light source is added, so that the red and green display of the liquid level gauge can achieve very clear effect and the liquid level observation is easier.

For the measurement of high viscosity and low boiling point liquids, a jacket device is added to the level gauge. High viscosity liquid is easy to solidify. Steam or high temperature liquid is introduced into the jacket to make the temperature in the level meter consistent with the temperature in the measured device to ensure the accuracy of liquid level measurement. Low boiling point liquid is easy to boil, which leads to the inability to accurately measure the liquid level. Cooling water is introduced into the jacket to stabilize the liquid level and obtain accurate liquid level. Quartz tube two-color level gauge is equipped with safety ball automatic protection function on steam and liquid valves. Once the quartz tube leaks, the safety ball can immediately cut off the steam and liquid passage under the pressure of more than 0.2MPa to prevent liquid leakage and avoid safety accidents.
