Product Description

The UTZ type maglev level gauge is mainly composed of three parts, such as table body, float and display. According to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic field, a float is installed in the table body, and the float floats up and down with the change of liquid level due to the buoyancy of the liquid. The float is equipped with permanent magnetic steel, and the external display of the meter body is driven by the magnetic force generated by the magnetic steel to show the liquid level value. The display is mainly divided into flip type, vacuum type (patent number: ZL 2015 20711496.3) and LED type (patent number: ZL 2018 20337003.8). Flip-type and vacuum displays are composed of rotors arranged neatly with small magnetic steel. The rotors are divided into red, white and red and green. The rotors in the display are made of plastic or ceramic materials, and the boundary between different colors is the liquid level value. The LED display uses red and green light-emitting diodes, the gas part is red, the liquid part is green, and then displays the liquid level value.

Technical advantages
The UTZ type maglev level gauge is made of stainless steel, and the float is made of stainless steel or high-strength titanium alloy, which has physical properties such as oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and non-magnetism. Applicable to various special working conditions in petrochemical, electric power and other fields. When the temperature is greater than 120 ℃, the rotor of the flip display is made of ceramic material, which has the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Ensure the level gauge in high temperature, corrosion and other conditions of long-term, stable and reliable operation.
For grassland, desert and coastal areas and other working environment conditions, the application of vacuum display (patent number: ZL 201520711496.3), the type of display will be the rotor sealed in the quartz glass tube, and with a special process of its internal vacuum, isolation of air, with anti-corrosion, dust, sea breeze, rain and other characteristics.
The UTZ type maglev level meter has a variety of functions to choose from, and the scope of application is very wide. Users can choose the maglev level meter with corresponding configuration functions according to the requirements of field working conditions.



Anti-frost function
Suitable for measuring -196 ℃ ~ 0 ℃ liquid level. Cryogenic liquids are often frosted or frozen on the surface of the level gauge, resulting in the inability to watch the liquid level. Under this condition, a maglev level gauge with anti-frost function can be used, that is, a propylene-based protection window is installed in front of the display, and the level gauge is equipped with thermal insulation materials as a whole, so that the correct liquid level can be observed through the protection window.

Heat tracing function
Suitable for measuring the liquid level of high viscosity or low boiling point liquids. The heat tracing function is to install a jacket on the surface of the maglev level gauge. For high viscosity and easy to solidify liquid, steam or high temperature liquid is introduced into the jacket to make the temperature in the liquid chamber the same as that in the measured device, so as to measure the accurate liquid level. For low boiling point easy boiling liquid, cooling water is introduced into the jacket to achieve the effect of stabilizing the liquid level, thus ensuring the accuracy of measuring the liquid level.

Vacuum Jacket Function
The casing is installed on the maglev level gauge, the stainless steel material with high anti-corrosion performance is selected, and the internal vacuum is pumped by special process, so that the measured liquid is isolated from the external environment, and the effect of cold preservation and heat preservation is obvious. It is especially suitable for working conditions such as low-temperature cold insulation and high-temperature heat insulation, and the accuracy of liquid level measurement is ensured.

Corrosion resistance function
For the relatively strong corrosive chemical medium liquid level measurement, corrosion-resistant type maglev level gauge can be used, which is made of a corrosion-resistant resin material. For different corrosive media, choose different anti-corrosion materials, such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, PVC, etc., to ensure that the device can be used safely and reliably.

Remote transmission (transmission) function
The remote transmitter and indicator are configured on the maglev level gauge, and the user can monitor the liquid level value in the control room, and has the functions of high and low alarm and liquid level control.
