DUT type intelligent displacer liquid level meter is a modern scientific and technological instrument used for the measurement and control of the liquid level, boundary level and density of various liquids in the production process of various industries. Working principle and composition
DUT type intelligent displacer level gauge is composed of displacer measuring chamber, measuring mechanism, displacer and so on. According to the different measuring mechanisms, it can be divided into two types: torque tube type intelligent displacer level gauge and lever type intelligent displacer level gauge.
Working principle
Torsion tube type intelligent float level gauge: The float immersed in the liquid is affected by the downward gravity, the upward buoyancy and the upward torsion tube elastic force. When these three forces are balanced, the buoy is at rest in a certain position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy of the buoy also changes, and the balance of the force is broken, causing the elastic force of the torsion tube to change, so that the torsion tube twists and achieves a new force balance. The torque tube drives the sensor to generate angular displacement, and through the signal processing circuit, an electrical signal output that changes with the liquid level is generated.
Lever-type intelligent float level gauge: Through the lever principle and the method of measuring stress, the buoyancy change of the inner cylinder is measured, and the measurement signal consistent with the level change is obtained by the high-precision sensor, and then processed by the microprocessor After that, the specific reading is directly displayed on the liquid crystal display or converted into a standard signal output of 4-20mA by a special circuit.
