System composition and principle

The glass plate level gauge is composed of a meter body, a gland, a glass, a sealing component, a vapor-liquid valve, and a drain valve. The glass plate liquid level gauge is divided into transmission type and reflection type. The front and rear glass of the transmission type liquid level gauge body are tightened and sealed by bolts through the front and rear glands, and the liquid level is displayed by the projection principle of light; the reflection type liquid level gauge adopts pressure resistance. The u-bolt connects the gland, the glass, the sealing component and the body to form a sealing structure.

 

The glass plate level gauge has two indication forms of single color and double color to choose from.

The light-transmitting monochrome liquid level gauge can visually see the liquid level or interface through the flat glass, which is easy to observe the liquid level or interface level.

The light-transmitting two-color liquid level gauge adopts 90° groove glass, the gas phase is red, the liquid phase is green, and the boundary line of the liquid level can be clearly observed.

The reflective monochromatic liquid level gauge adopts multi-striped glass, the gas phase is white and the liquid phase is black, and the boundary line of the liquid level can be clearly observed.

The reflective two-color liquid level gauge adopts 90° groove glass. According to the principle of optical reflection, the gas phase is red and the liquid phase is black, and the boundary line of the liquid level can be clearly observed.

Technical advantages

Frostproof

It is suitable for measuring the liquid level of -196℃~0℃. The low temperature liquid often freezes or freezes on the surface of the liquid level gauge, which makes it impossible to watch the liquid level. It is suitable for measuring the liquid level of high viscosity or low boiling point liquid. The heat tracing function is to install a jacket on the body of the glass plate level gauge. For high-viscosity and easy-to-solidify liquids, steam or high-temperature liquid is introduced into the jacket, so that the internal temperature of the liquid level gauge is consistent with the temperature in the measured device, so as to measure the accurate liquid level. For low-boiling and easy-boiling liquids, cooling water is introduced into the jacket to stabilize the liquid level, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the liquid level measurement.

It is suitable for liquids with strong bubbles. It adopts a tubular structure and a large liquid cavity area in the body, which can make the liquid level with large fluctuations more stable, avoid measurement errors caused by liquid level fluctuations, and make the observation clearer and the measurement more accurate.
