The FTV-C type pneumatic furnace flame monitoring device uses the rodless cylinder imported from Japan as the power source, and controls the advance and retreat of the cylinder through the electromagnetic reversing valve in the air control cabinet, so that the operator can control the advance and retreat of the optical image transmission mechanism in the centralized control room or the field control cabinet. In addition to the air cooling protection and overtemperature protection, the device adds the power off protection function, that is, the air control cabinet is equipped with an air receiver to ensure that the cylinder can drive the optical image transmission mechanism to enter and exit the furnace automatically in the case of air failure and power failure.
