The FTV-A electric furnace flame monitoring device uses the motor as the power source to drive the gear rack drive, so that the operator can control the forward and backward movement of the optical image transmission mechanism in the central control room or the field control cabinet. This type of device has a self-protection function, that is, when the periscope tube loses air cooling protection or overtemperature, the optical image transmission mechanism will automatically exit the furnace, thus protecting the safe operation of the device. In addition, the device can be connected to the whole plant closed-circuit monitoring system and DCS control system, and the operator can also monitor and control it through the above two systems.
