Tieling Tieguan Instrument Limited Liability Company (referred to asTieguang Company) is the core enterprise of the former Ministry of Machine Building and Electronics Industry devoted instruments production. The company grew out of the state-owned medium-sized enterprise Tieling Optical Instrument Factory established in 1956. It was successfully restructured in March 2001, and fully received all of the assets and business of the original Sino Japanesejoint venture Tieling Bike Company. Covering an area of 66,000 square meters and with registered capital of 50 million yuan, Tieguang Company is the national well-knownlargest enterprise in the production of liquid level instrument, industrial monitoringand flow meter and is alsothe weapons and equipment production enterprise for the State Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense Industry. It is awarded as the National K eeping Contract and Credit Enterprise and New and High-tech Enterpriseby the country, and is awarded as Enterprise with Advanced Management and Advanced Party Committee by Liaoning province. The Tieguang brand is appraised as the Famous Trademark of Liaoning Province and the products of Tieguang Company are appraised as the Best Brands of Products in Liaoning Province.
 

The products of Tieguang Company cover electric power industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgic industry and military industry, etc. It provides service to more than 4000 companies, and it is the purchase network member unit and the qualified supplier for the Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, five major national electric power companies, several dozen boiler works and more than thirty iron and steel works. Products are exported to dozens of countries such as America, Britain, Japan, Korea, India, Turkey, Algeria and Ethiopia,etc,which means the company products have achieved the domestic and international leading level.
