The monitoring system uses CCD camera technology and computer digital image processing technology to further analyze and process the furnace flame image and drum water level image, and effectively and reliably monitor the flame. The system can visually display the working conditions in the furnace, extract the flame characteristic parameters, detect the distribution of the flame in the furnace, the temperature field and the water level of the steam drum, automatically alarm and compress the video when the combustion deteriorates, and store the image information as the basis for accident analysis. The system design is novel, advanced technical means, the basic function is complete, reliable, friendly operation interface, easy to use, can be widely used in large, medium and small thermal power plants, for the safe operation of the boiler and energy saving has great value.
 

        System composition:
Monitoring software, high-performance industrial computer, computer display, four-way image acquisition card, RS232 and RS485 conversion card, single-chip microcomputer, high-temperature endoscopic flame probe, color industrial TV monitoring probe, etc.

 

        System functions:
The video image is converted into a digital image to be displayed by a computer monitor, and the image size can be switched to realize multi-screen display or automatic switching;
Input two flame images and two drum water level images simultaneously;
The mouse can be used to control the three variable lenses of the drum water level industrial TV system and to control the entry or exit of the flame TV;
Observed images can be recorded at any time as required;
Automatically judge the fire extinguishing of the furnace, send out the alarm automatically and save the video of 30 minutes before and after the accident automatically, so as to facilitate the recall after the accident and the analysis of the cause of the fire extinguishing of the furnace;
The flame temperature field analysis and pseudo-color display are realized, the flame center is tracked and marked, the temperature field is represented by isotherm, and the temperature change curve of the specified area of the furnace is given;
The observation range of the drum water level can be set, and the analog scale can be drawn as required;
You can set the user ID and password, start the system, exit the system with password protection.
