The STV industrial TV system is mainly composed of camera, camera protection mechanism, pan-tilt, field control box, remote controller, monitor, picture divider and supporting cables. The camera is divided into two types: the bolt-type color industrial camera and the integrated color industrial camera. It is protected by the protection mechanism, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, long life, reliable work, high resolution, continuous work, and no distortion. The camera is installed on the PTZ, and can be controlled on-site or remotely through the field control box and remote controller, and through a video switcher or picture divider, the two-way to four-way surveillance images are switched to a monitor for monitoring.

The STV industrial TV system is divided into two installation modes: fixed pan-tilt and electric pan-tilt. The fixed pan-tilt can swing left and right and up and down on the site. The electric pan-tilt can realize the up and down left and right rotation of the remote control device through the linkage between the central control room controller and the field control box, thus having a wider observation range.
In view of the long-term high temperature environment of the observation device, our company adopts a variety of refrigeration protection technologies, including air cooling protection (cyclone separation refrigerator, patent number: ZL 201120083324.8), radiator refrigeration and semiconductor refrigeration. Users can choose different refrigeration methods for protection according to different working conditions to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device in high temperature environment. In addition, the device also has an over-temperature sound and light alarm function, that is, when the camera temperature exceeds the defined temperature, the device will automatically alarm to avoid damage or failure of the camera due to over-temperature.
For the working environment with large day and night light change or small installation distance, the fully enclosed hood is used for monitoring. The fully enclosed hood completely encloses the camera and the front cover of the water level gauge to prevent it from being affected by diurnal light changes, and the hood is equipped with an LED light source to ensure that the camera is monitored under constant light. For working conditions with small installation distance, large and small reflectors are installed in the fully enclosed hood box, and the water level image is imaged twice through the large and small reflectors, so that the mirrored distance between the camera and the liquid level of the water level gauge is nearly 4 times higher than the actual horizontal distance between the camera and the water level gauge, so as to avoid the occurrence of incomplete or unclear monitoring images caused by the narrow space in front of the water level gauge and the camera too close to the water level gauge. In addition, the lower part of the fully enclosed hood box is equipped with a movable, retractable and detachable mounting frame, which provides convenience for replacing the spare parts of the water level gauge window.
