Working principle and composition
DUT intelligent float level gauge from the float measuring room, measuring institutions, floats and other components. According to the different measuring institutions can be divided into torque tube intelligent float level gauge and lever type intelligent float level gauge two types.

Working principle
Torque tube type intelligent float level gauge: The float in the liquid buoy is subjected to downward gravity, upward buoyancy and upward force on the force of the torque tube. When the three forces balance, the float is still in a position. When the liquid level changes, the buoyancy of the buoyancy also changes, the balance of the state is broken, causing the torque tube elastic changes, so that the torque tube twist, to a new force balance. Torque tube drive sensor angular displacement, through the signal processing circuit, resulting in changes in the liquid level with the electrical signal output.

Lever-type intelligent floating Jane level gauge: through the principle of the lever and the measured stress method to measure the amount of buoyancy changes in the barrel, the high-precision sensor to obtain the same level of measurement with the measured signal, and then processed by the microprocessor After the LCD display directly shows a specific reading or converted to 4 ~ 20mA by a dedicated circuit standard signal output.
