On Aug.3, 2007, Tieling Municipal Association of Science and Technology, Organization Department of CPC Tieling Municipal Committee and Tieling Municipal Personnel Bureau jointly issued the "Tieling Municipal Association of Science and Technology (2007) No.30 — Decision on Commending the Winners of Award for the Young of Tieling in Scientific Work" (hereafter referred as Decision).

　　The Decision decides to grant awards to 60 comrades selected in the first Competition for the Young of Tieling in Scientific Work. This competition has begun since the beginning of this year. To participate in this competition, individual declares himself or herself and candidates also can be recommended by units. All applicants are strictly inspected by competition organizer, and winners are cautiously chosen by evaluation committee of experts.

　　Sun Jinghe, deputy executive general manager and chief engineer of TIEGUANG won this award, and his prize is the honor and pride of TIEGUANG.

　　The Decision urges all other young scientific workers to model on these winners and to devote themselves to scientific research and technological popularization under high-level political obligation and strong sense of work responsibility so to do more to revitalize the economy and development of other undertakings of Tieling City.
